Storing digital images for thousands of applicants is infeasible, both because of server load and cost. We also believe that each opportunity is unique and should be approached with a tailored statement of interest and relevant set of work samples. To expedite the process, it is suggested that these materials be prepared before you access the online system and then copied and pasted and/or uploaded from a designated folder on your machine. A decent connection should make uploading files a breeze - each should take no longer than 30 seconds to process.
